Dana’s interest in homes was sparked by handing her dad tools while he worked on their first home, a doozy of a fixer upper. Eventually that home renovation led to a family business. Exposure to the construction business led Dana to explore the multifamily housing side of real estate. Dana made her start in housing as a leasing agent, renting apartments. She made her name because of how quickly she rented them. With a dedicated attitude she eventually worked her way into management. Having exposure to the industry from so many perspectives gave her the confidence to become a successful independent property management professional. Her career has taken her to luxury, distressed, and subsidized housing. Past experiences with renters, residents, communities, and owners give her a unique insight into the buyer and seller experience.
Dana resides in Baltimore County with her loving husband and spoiled dog. She enjoys dinner dates with her grandma, crafting, road trips, and live music. She likes showing houses almost as much as weddings and documentaries.
