Erica Terry

Erica has been a resident of Maryland since she was born at Howard County General Hospital. She was raised in Columbia and has lived all over the state of Maryland. After completing her Bachelors' degree in English from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, Erica applied to teach a special needs child in Prince George's County. After one year, she then received her own classroom teaching second grade. But Erica was interested in finding a career where it was different every day. She knew she would miss teaching greatly, but she was drawn to meeting new people and local real estate seemed intriguing. As she became experienced in real estate in a local company, she was asked to be the lead mentor for people changing careers to real estate. Erica and her husband Billy have three children and live in Montgomery County.

From my initial phone call with Erica, I knew she was the agent we wanted to sell our home. Her professional manner, knowledge and experience in selling homes, and prompt responses to our calls led to a quick and over-the-top sale of our home. She guided us through the process of selecting the best offers, and she remained in constant contact to keep us updated on the progress of our showings. I can honestly say that Erica made selling our home as pleasant and relaxing as possible. I can’t recommend Erica high enough!!!
